If you do away with the yoke of oppression, with the pointing finger and malicious talk, and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday. The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.

Upheaval

As you can see, StreetWar is in the middle of converting over to a community blog! If at any stage you want to become a regular contributor - or if you have a one-time report that you'd like to see included - give me a yell! If you're feeling shy, please keep in mind that this blog isn't designed to give us glory, but to give God glory and others encouragement. Oh, and to get a little encouragement for ourselves at times, I'm sure.

PS. I'll add in a link to my personal blog once I've gotten it up and running.

Isaiah 58:10-11. There are some other good verses in there, but I thought those two best pointed to the purpose of the blog.

I'm glad you like it! I spent many hours last night grumbling over my lack of web design skills :-)

Dunno what you mean! I was a website designer before becoming an officer and I really like the design for this site! Be encouraged :)
